

The challenge | With high potential for future growth, the founder and CEO of Tutor Trust approached me to shape their comms team and activity so that they’re stronger and ready to support the organisation’s strategic ambitions in the years ahead.
My approach | I quickly got to work identifying strengths and areas for improvement within the team and across the organisation. With the team, and drawing on input from other departments, I shaped a solid comms strategy and plan that laid out decisions tailored to the year ahead. I worked on a quality-not-quantity approach to media and trained the team to deliver it, and I put the ball in motion for a multi-channel approach to marketing, including launching out of home ads.
The result | A clear comms strategy and plan with the whole organisation behind it and an expert team to deliver it. It’s already showing results with billboards across the North and a slot on local ITV News to raise their profile further.
